We have a dedicated Account Management Teams that focus on the unique needs of each of our clients. Our Account Management Teams excel in creating solutions that are tailored to each of our client’s unique needs.

Account Management

The Universal Rx approach to account management is designed to recognize the uniqueness of each client’s needs on an on-going basis. It is our responsibility to address changing demands, provide prompt and effective service and support, and to achieve Total Quality Management with guaranteed performance standards. To achieve these standards, all clients are assigned to a key member of our Account Management Teams.

The Universal Rx Account Management Teams are comprised of Managers in the areas of Accounting, Customer Service, Plan Design, Contracting and Business Development. The teams are responsible for overseeing a client’s plan implementation, providing exceptional customer service, and management of ongoing plan operations.

Business Development Team

Business Development Team

The objective of our Universal Rx Business Development Team is to identify ways our clients can improve upon existing business and provide the knowledge and tools needed to do so. This team is available to answer any questions a client may have regarding plan options, marketing strategies, and contract implementation.

The Business Development Team can provide additional assistance on plan product enhancements, or assist you in determining where emerging markets exist.


Implementation Team

Implementation Team

Based on the specific design of the Universal Rx Prescription Drug Card Program being implemented; our Universal Rx Implementation Team will work with each client in developing an implementation strategy that is uniquely matched to the needs of their population.

The Universal Rx Implementation Team is dedicated to delivering a smooth transistion to the new plan design for both our clients and our clients' employee plan members.


Report Team

Report Team

One of the value added services provided to Universal Rx clients is the significant function of continual analysis and monitoring of a plan’s on-going performance.

The Universal Rx Report Management Team oversees the collection of data, analyzes it, and provides the information to clients on a monthly and quarterly basis. These reporting packages provide an in-depth look at patterns and trends so clients can better understand the performance of their plan and therefore make informed decisions.

The Universal Rx Report Management Team is responsible to monitor such trends to ensure the plan is performing above industry standards ensuring the ultimate results in plan cost savings.
