Plan members have access to a state-of-the art call center where they can speak to Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) for specific information regarding their prescription program.
Universal Rx's CSRs are specially trained and consistently meet or exceed industry standards for answering and resolving incoming plan member inquiries.
